the 1-to-1-scheduler opens on the 25th of September - from this date on you can arrange your 1-to-1-meetings in the Partner´s Area: just proceed to the registration tool, there you will find the button "book 1-to-1-meetings". For remarks and inquiries, we are at your service: info@ao-partners.com

How to register / Booking deadline / Cancellation policy

Register easily in the Partner´s Area, at "oncoming Meetings".
We are asking for your soonest confirmation, latest 4th of September 2013.
Thereafter, registrations are subject to room availability and without price guarantee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation after the 4th of September 2013 is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the registration charges, hotel charges are refundable individually as per possible agreement achievable with hotel from our side (means whether the hotel can re-sell the room or not).
